2002 Pinball Wizard's Convention - Allentown, PA

The Allentown, PA Pinball Wizard's Convention is an EXCELLENT pinball show. This year's show was PACKED with people and pinball machines. It's great to see the show continuing its popularity!

Check out the Pinball Wizard's Convention Web Site by clicking here.

Still Pictures taken by: Todd George
Video Footage, Editing, and Conversion: Jim Meyer

These pictures were taken at the show May 4th and 5th, 2002. There are 56 pictures and 4 videos on this page. See the bottom of this page for VIDEO CLIPS from the show!

Special thanks to Brian and Denise Hein (and the crew) for another great show, to Steve Young and his crew for the excellent selection of parts and service as usual, to Jim Meyer for the video footage and editing there-of, to Mayfair Amusements for their contributions to the search for parts, and to all of the vendors and collectors who brought their machines out.

The two games I took to this show. World Cup Soccer '94 and Pinball Magic. Both games were played a little more than 300 times each over the weekend! A more distant view of the two games I took to the show.

The Apron with custom cards on Pinball Magic A more detailed look at the "Pinball Lizard-Buyer Beware" informational cards. There are quite a few collectors who are irritated by some of "The Liz's" tactics, so we all decided to post our beliefs on the games at the show. I won't bash the Lizard any more in this public forum, e-mail me for more details on the transaction I had go bad with him.

Flea Market Action We successfully topped last year's record of three machines in my truck by successfully stuffing FOUR in it this year. We thought better of driving it that way though, and removed one. We wound up still being able to close the tailgate even with three full-sized games in there.
